Shipping Policy I will attempt to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of them being placed. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Express shipping should arrive within 1 to 2 working days following dispatch. Please note this is an estimated delivery time only and dispatch time may still be within 5 working days depending on order volumes at the time. Please wait for 10 working days following dispatch of your order before contacting me to enquire about it's whereabouts, as shipping times are still unreliable in some parts of the country. Please be aware that only small parcel orders will have basic tracking information for me to access and that once the parcel is deemed as lost under Royal Mail guidelines, I will process a refund or send a replacement. If you require detailed tracking for your order, please contact me before placing your order so that this can be arranged. Please ensure all addresses are entered carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit due to addresses entered incorrectly. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you. International Orders:  Flat rate shipping based on general weights of the products is currently applied. If when your order is packaged and weighed, there is a significant difference in the cost of shipping, compared to what has been paid, I will contact you to offer a partial shipping refund if too much shipping has been paid, or I may have to request the difference if too little has been paid.

Refund/Cancellation Policy Returns are accepted if I am informed within 14 days of the items dispatch date. Products must be returned in the condition that they were sent in so that they are suitable for re-sale. Once the items have been received, a refund will be provided to your original payment method. The buyer is liable for postage costs in the event that the items being returned are not faulty or unfit for purpose, and the refund will take into consideration any fees incurred by myself, such as paypal or card issuer fees, and therefore may be lower than the initial order total. If the items are faulty/unfit for purpose then a full refund will be given, inclusive of postage costs or a replacement will be offered. I reserve the right to request pictoral evidence of the item being unfit for purpose and if this is declined, then no refund will be given unless the item is returned to me at the cost of the buyer. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled and the above refund policy applies. In the event you change your mind and wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet, then please contact me as soon as possible and I will refund, minus any fees incurred by myself, such as card issuer fees.

Privacy Policy We only collect data that is 100% required in order to fulfil your order, such as Name, Email, Address and postcode. Details of your past orders are kept on the system for a period of time for reference and for tax purposes. All of our customers personal information is treated sensitively and we are fully GDPR compliant.
